Wintouch eCRM 6.0 integrates CMS400 manufacturing ERP

Costa Mesa, CA – March 25, 2004 – Touchtone Corporation, a leading developer of native OS/400 software for the IBM iSeries – AS/400 announced that integration to the popular CMS400 Manufacturing ERP software is available with Wintouch eCRM in version 6.0.

Any data from the CMS400 software can be imported into Wintouch eCRM screens where it can be used to have an impact on the business and improve customer service. A user can tell the customer where in the production line their order is, or what part numbers are on order, or when their order shipped and by what carrier.

A user can see which sales orders processed today, by customer, or by sales region or product. And the Wintouch project team can make this information available online, for customer self-service! This information can translate to better customer service, lower costs, and increased business from happy customers.

Other new features of Wintouch 6.0 include: Integration to Lotus Notes; “drag-n-drop” web forms creation; PDA access to web forms, AS/400 applications and data; customizable web portals that blend seamlessly with clients’ websites; “click of an icon” importing of data directly into Wintouch and schedule activities at the same time; “click of an icon” integration with MapQuest; and searchable help files.
